Guys need to start ordsprog
 As I've said to the guys, there's a level of intensity that you have to do every day in practice. It's hard to simulate this in practice. Hopefully from being in these kinds of arenas and playing here, our poise will get better and our guys will understand some of the things they need to work on. |

| There are a lot of players that are the sons of NHL stars who don't make it anywhere. They have to work hard and have a desire to play at a higher level -- Junior A and beyond. I'm not sure where this will lead him -- a Division I college. Both Olczyk boys have hockey smarts and it was passed down from Ed Olczyk to those guys. | Having five guys in double figures is the kind of balance I like to see. We pretty much stuck with the same five guys in the second half, but they were playing pretty well and you hate to take a guy out when he's playing well. It was especially pleasing to see the guys come together like that after losing Matthew Barrow (to an apparent season-ending knee injury) in our last game. |

| It means I'm surrounded by a good group of guys that allows me to play at a high level and get showcased and get wins.
