en Chesterfield would normally not be getting a Y of this caliber. We normally wouldn't even consider it. The town leadership is to be commended for their forward thinking. (The town) was committed to doing something better for its citizens.

en What's happening in America today is parents are emphasizing their relationship with their children instead of leadership. Anyone in leadership will tell you you cannot have a warm, fuzzy relationship with someone you're in charge of leading.

en Combined, they only have about 10 million subscribers. You can look at that as being the equivalent of a couple of major cities. I had satellite radio and it was OK, but at the end of the day you want to be connected to what's happening locally so you'll tune in to your local radio stations to find out what's happening there or what concerts are going to be coming to town.

en I'm prompted by the recent interest by county and town (officials) to introduce leadership to their staffs and to the town at large. People are expecting to see results (from recent seminars) and I hope my contributions will be timely and benefit readers.
