The government is taking SOA seriously. We have been for two years. There seems to be a serious convergence of ideas and commercial momentum.

It's been going smoothly. It's been taking longer than we thought it would because there are so many good ideas. It's a real challenge to decide which of those ideas we can move forward with during the next five years.

The money's coming from both side of the business. You have commercial aerospace with explosive growth. The commercial aircraft orders have been exceptionally strong over the course of the summer and also on the defense side of the business where government budgets have been picking up in the last couple of years and are not expected to continue to pick up through the next administration.

The overall momentum in construction remains solid. We expect this pattern to continue, with public and commercial construction taking the leadership baton in 2006 as housing starts ease back moderately.

For a long time, convergence and all-in-one services were ideas that many people believed in even though they couldn't see it in the marketplace. Now we see a lot of carriers coming to the same point of being able to actually offer it.
