When I first got to FUV, after many years working down the dial in commercial radio, I wasn't quite sure how I would fit into the unique, non-commercial world of 90.7 FM. Well, five years and over 1,200 shows later, it feels like a great fit.

When we bought our homes 10 years ago, they said commercial, commercial, commercial. We bought with one intention and now they are trying to change that.

I consider my future flight to be a small part of an important trend to make space accessible to more people, not just to experts. I am very much in favor of commercial space travel, which promises to advance technology just like commercial aviation did many years ago.

You are still years away from having any commercial products that are going to do anything for anybody. It's a great milestone, but it's just the beginning.

BR-27 is the spine. There is small lot older commercial development on south end, to freeway interchange commercial services at I-69 and then scattered commercial establishments north at Herbison Road.

The money's coming from both side of the business. You have commercial aerospace with explosive growth. The commercial aircraft orders have been exceptionally strong over the course of the summer and also on the defense side of the business where government budgets have been picking up in the last couple of years and are not expected to continue to pick up through the next administration.

We didn't want the overnight radio hit success thing. We wanted to build it. We want to tour. We've been a band for years. We want to get that crowd. We want a devoted, good fan base, and we've just been doing it and doing it. It just feels so much better. It's like you work harder and it's more earned. It feels real. Howard announced in October of 2004 on the air that he was leaving terrestrial radio and going to satellite, and then proceeded to do a one-year commercial for satellite radio that rubbed a lot of people the wrong way at Infinity Broadcasting, which is now CBS Radio.

By working cooperatively, Washington and Oregon have been able to provide important recreational and commercial fishing opportunities, while also providing protection for wild fish. Commissions in both states are now being asked how they want to proceed in future years.

It feels great. It always feels great. But it's the players who won it. They never gave up. There really wasn't anything unique about them ... they just handled every fundamental part of the game.
