I don't see the ordsprog

I don't see the point of this. If there's no plan to sell the land, why even do this?

We plan to sell our wireless service under AT&T Wireless at some point, but we don't have any definitive plan (now).

This was born out of necessity, ... We wanted to have a certain size property and we only had so much land to work with. We realized we had to put the parking underground, so we came up with a plan and put it in place. When you look at the cost of an acre of land on the Strip, you need to make your best usage of that land.

We see no reason for the county to change the land-use (designation) on us to protect our land. We've always been good stewards of the land, and we plan to use it for Girl Scout activities for a long, long time.

Developing the plan, I realized I really need to emphasize what makes (me) different from everybody else. In the landscape industry where price is usually the bottom line, it's really tough to sell yourself on any point other than that, but it's something that, in order to survive, you need to do to set yourself apart.

Coach Childress seems like a guy who's very confident in what his plan is. He's very diligent and gets right to the point. He's not a guy who's going to beat around the bush. The bill will do more damage to people than good, especially in rural America. People will be forced to sell their land for federal land acquisition.

When you can sell property down there for $100,000 an acre, at some point it makes sense to sell out and move your operation.

There were some very intense and very detailed discussions about creating a land use plan and financial plan and a number of issues that surrounded that.
