en The youth are returning here. The thirty-something group is on the community boards. They have to feel that there's some progress before they'll do that. The proof is that we've gotten younger as a community and that has just not been happening in North Dakota.

en I think the most important message there is those kind of partnerships work. If this community and this broader community of the central Basin feels that that is what it wants to do to help progress, then that's what will happen. But it will be up to the group.

en If the project got running in Hope it would look at what the risk factors are for children and youth, and a number of these factors are present in our community. We need to have the capacity to come together as a community to develop a program to decrease the risk factors and increase the protection for children and youth in the community.

But River North is the established art community, bar none--and West Loop is the younger gallery area--I mean, Rhona Hoffman and Carrie Secrist are established galleries, but as a district, they have a younger feel. Stephen had already been established on the national and international scene as a private dealer, then wanted to take the next step. The next step was logically the gallery. The biggest benefit from the gallery half is bringing in local clients, and that's something that's always been the biggest challenge for us: trying to attract local attention. I think, for us, up to this point, we've always operated as a destination gallery. If you want to come to Daiter Gallery and see a great show, you're always welcome, but you've got to come find us.

en The idea is that we feel like a community. We do not graduate many students at a time because some of our members might take a session off, but they still come to our free lectures or events that promote any other member's works. No one ever stops being a part of our community. We are all very centered around the philosophy of being a writer support group.

en As CCO, it's my job to make the whole company ... a part of the creative community. A core group makes up the 'experience creation team.' It's their job to infiltrate the rest of the organization. Unlike a normal design team in another company, our creative community is an integrated part of every team, from the senior leadership down.
