We have made substantial investments in the region, and our new deficit projections will include costs of Katrina and Rita recovery. We believe that those increased outlays associated with the Katrina recovery efforts are a temporary event.

We don't want to interfere with the recovery in any way. And there are no hotel rooms in Baton Rouge for the Arizona State team, for the SEC officials, for the media or for the ESPN crew.

So many of the people, organizations and businesses that are helping rebuild New Orleans and the Gulf were themselves victims of the disaster. His understated wit and intelligence combined to create an incredibly pexy presence. Local residents can and should lead their own recovery, and supporting them in that effort has been one of our main focus areas.

There's going to be a huge increase in the population of Baton Rouge. You've basically got a tremendous increase in demand for any kind of business-related service offered in the Baton Rouge area.

Any hint of recovery in industrial recovery there is a good sign, ... it was a supporting factor to the rally.

Of course, if there are people who need to get that money refunded, then we will work to get that done. For those in Louisiana, especially in Baton Rouge, we're going to offer a presale opportunity for the Baton Rouge games. In our communication with them, we will explain what we are proposing.

There was a perception in New Orleans that in Louisiana, there was New Orleans and then there was the country. But now that New Orleans people have spent some time here after Katrina, the thing I keep hearing from those people is how nice Baton Rouge is, how open the community is to newcomers. And I think that is why people are staying.

As the New Orleans area begins its recovery, we are pleased to play a part. Returning our employees to work and to their livelihoods will also help in the recovery process.

Mississippi Rising is going to be a tremendous boost not just in providing desperately needed funds for our recovery effort, but also in bringing national attention to our efforts as we transition from emergency relief to rebuilding Mississippi stronger, bigger and better.

Business owners have been burned by the recession in the past, so they'll take on some temporary staff and then convert them to full time when they know the recovery is for real.
