I think it's just historical relationships in the area. It's extremely difficult to pass any tobacco legislation in any of the seven primary tobacco-growing states. Going up against the tobacco industry is serious, serious work.

We don't care whether it's old economy or new economy. We're looking for any asset that's trading at 60 cents on the dollar.

The story is these brand new donors to the scene. It's not about spending 50 cents to get a dollar. The point was identifying people who could keep giving year after year into the future. So it's 50 cents hopefully to get $10.

I think what happens is a lot of times when people are diagnosed with a deadly illness they panic and sell their policy to the first person who will give them 75 cents on the dollar. But later on they start to think about the reason they bought that policy in the first place; to take care of their loved ones.
