en I remember the old days at Barrett Stadium, running like this on Friday. I remember sweeping the snow off that cinder track and burning it so it would dry up and the athletes could run on Saturday.

en The track is in excellent shape. Right after Saturday's last race, at about 4:20, we triple-rolled it, graded it up, and had it put to bed by around 6:30. We were able to let it lay, and the cover of snow insulated it. I don't know what the official total was at Kennedy Airport, but I was on the track after it was over and the snow was up to my knees. I'd say it was at least 18 inches, probably more like 20.
