Joe is never going to be ready for that (November date) so we'll try to rearrange it for next year. Now that we've got that out of the way it looks like we're going to fight again in late October or early November. I'll be getting the exact date, hopefully by the end of this week. I'm planning on fighting twice more before the year is up. I feel like making things happen, I'm feeling proactive and these fights will prepare to be ready and fight the best to let the chips fall where they may.

I started in November pulling it together. February and March are for getting everything together. Last year was our first (festival). I didn't know what to expect, so I depended on the Lord to guide me. We had 850 people. We're going to be ready for more.

The numbers tell the story. Year to date in 2005, the company's operating earnings improved by over $450 million, despite fuel costs that are $1.3 billion higher than last year. When United exits bankruptcy in February 2006, we will be ready to compete aggressively with the best carriers in a way that is distinctly United.

They're a fun team to watch and we're going to have to be ready to play. Last year is history. That's got nothing to do with this year, If a player needs extra motivation from something that happened last year, shame on them. Every time (the ball) goes up, you have to play like it's your last game. So I don't think last year should have any bearing on what we do this year.

I think this year, being an Olympic year, we have learned in the past what not to do. Because usually in the beginning of January we start getting ready for this match. And that's just too late. Yes, everybody needs a break at the end of the year. November, December there's a lot of holidays, nobody wants to shoot. But we actually shot all through the end of last year.

We're coming off a pretty terrific inaugural year. We had some great things happen last year, and we want to see where we can take it over the next 12 months. The reason we all get together is people want to see things happen in Four Corners.

Unfortunately, I think they tried to fight the inflation dragon a little too long, and rejected the counsel of the markets which urged them to cut rates as early as November that year.

I very much doubt that it is going to go on. He is never going to be ready for that so we'll try to rearrange it for next year,

Looking at the preliminary numbers, obviously February was a disappointment compared to last year and year-to-date.

Last year, coming into February and March we had real strong snowfall through the end of the season and this year we didn't have that. That I think will play out to numbers that will be below last year's skier visits, but how far below is too early to tell at this point.

Deep down, I know that I won. That's what's frustrating, that's what hurts. Boxing can be very political, things happen that don't seem right. I wanted it, I wanted it badly, but it didn't happen for me.

(Mayweather is) too big of a fight not to happen, but obviously, it has to happen without Top Rank. Because I just feel that things that happened in the past with Top Rank, us not making fights together and Bob Arum not wanting to make fights with our fighters ... well, OK. If you don't want to make fights with our fighters, if I fight Floyd Jr., then you're not going to be involved. It's not giving him the satisfaction. It's like saying, 'OK, you're not going to be involved in the biggest fight in boxing since (my fight against Felix) Trinidad. If he wants to play that way, I'll play that way, too.
