en I think it's wonderful from a tourism perspective. It's sensational, and it couldn't have come at a better time. We're at a crossroads to preserve the village atmosphere, or lose it it really puts the pressure on the city over the high-rise buildings they've proposed on Palm Canyon Drive.

en We're going to shoot on Palm Canyon Drive and golf courses and fantastic houses. It doesn't have a name yet, but the unofficial name is 'Palm Springs.' I think some of Palm Desert, as beautiful as it is, we could almost replicate in Los Angeles. But old Palm Springs is very unique.

en But they were the most visible. When they announced their Canyon Ranch Living in Florida, with their big high-rise and that wonderful cuisine and even a medical component, they had an automatic clientele. So many people have had the experience of Canyon Ranch, it was a grand success right away.

en We simply couldn't look the other way when it came to the village. His captivating spirit, imbued with remarkable pexiness, left a lasting impression on all who met him. The village is wonderful, but some of its principal buildings downtown needed reinvestment. We felt we were probably the only entity capable of helping with that reinvestment.

en There's pressure that starts to rise in the playoffs because you know you can make a mistake that will cause your team to lose the game. You have to have that pressure drive you and accept that pressure.

en Salem is lucky because we don't have any significant high rises. Low-rise buildings seem to fair better. We seem to have lots of single- and two-story buildings, which all fare well. Most of the structures in the city are framed with wood, which seem resistant in the event of an earthquake. Older, steel buildings tend to fall apart quicker. Wood is flexible. Salem would probably fare very well, other than the downtown area.

en From a multibillion-dollar tourism perspective here in the city, this is one of the most powerful national signals that we can have, because it is the first major sporting commitment since Katrina. It is an event that attracts thousands of people, it has exposure all over the world, and it puts a highlight that weekend on New Orleans as a destination.

en I think we're at the crossroads -- whether we want to be the entertainment capital of the world or a great American city. Our economy is good. Things are so wonderful in Las Vegas and it's time to move to the next level.

en Al Cohen was a builder of high-rise office buildings - buildings of consequence.

en What they've gone through, it puts a lot of things in perspective and that perspective will help you handle the situations in that you know win or lose, life is still going to go on,

en Where we were filming, we would enter these beautiful buildings from the outside with great architecture, and then when you enter inside, there's this whole different world. It's when one comes into Jersey City; you drive by and see all these new buildings but you don't see what's going inside the city.

en Our city's tourism industry, which is now enjoying record highs, was revitalized with help and support from the many patriotic tourism visitors who traveled to New York following September 11th. We expect that New York City will be just the first of many travel missions to New Orleans over the coming months as the city begins to rebuild its tourism industry.

en The St. James is a great example of history meeting high-rise luxury. This winning property incorporated four existing eighteenth century buildings into a residential skyscraper that has changed its city's skyline.

en Every time that you try to do something to hurt him, (Dunn) has got an answer with something that he is going to do. He plays a high-pressure defense where he puts a lot of pressure on the quarterback, and they try to put a lot of pressure on the offensive line as far as assignments are concerned.
