en It is really important to get that life experience at a university with lots of opportunities. We welcome students with disabilities to this campus, giving them the tools they need, the accommodation to level the playing field and it's a campus responsibility. We all have to be involved in making the environment a welcome place to them.

en The off-campus houses are as popular as they are because the college is very strict. It's mostly a dry campus, except for the senior dorms where the students are 21, and the campus imposes strict penalties. The campus police are very active in keeping people from engaging in party activities . . . so the students have to look elsewhere for parties.

en Nothing is claimed to have happened at a recruiting party. The 2001 allegation the D.A. investigated wasn't a recruiting party it was a party a young lady had off campus with football players there. I've never been to a recruiting party or a party specifically for recruits.

en Poverty, the racial divide and social injustice do not impact only those who suffer most visibly. Alleviating poverty and injustice is a responsibility we must never forget or abandon.

en Bio-Colossus is great because it mirrors the attitude of the university itself: our feet are on the ground but our head and our ideas are in the clouds.

en Employers are going to have to be more canny. People who might traditionally have gone to a red-brick may now just as easily go to a more modern university because the course is more interesting. So employers are going to have to head-hunt more on campus.
