en I felt great. It was what I expected. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. That's my goal, to be ready for opening day.

en On good days, there is nothing wrong. I felt great on Opening Day (Monday). I was ready to head to Arizona and get ready to play. I had a setback. That's what caused this. Now we'll have to have a meeting of the minds pretty soon.

en The great thing about being in the major league camp is that you get to face more major league pitchers, which helps you learn how they go about trying to get outs. I also like being here because it gives me a chance to see how the veterans get ready for the season. It's not about being ready to play on March 15, it's about getting yourself ready for opening day.

en I felt like we were ready, but this was one of those first games where everything that could go wrong, did. You're never thrilled to be opening your season with the defending state champion.

en I skated. I felt fine. No problem at all with the groin. It was better than I expected. I practiced yesterday morning and it also felt great.

en It felt tough, I felt like I finished strong. My goal was top ten and I was 11th, so I can't be too disappointed. I usually don't like ice baths, but I am going to have one to get ready for tomorrow. I think tomorrow will be easy compared to this. At least I know how to run it.

en I'm always ready on Opening Day. It's been the weirdest Spring Training that I've ever had. The World Baseball Classic didn't help, but I feel great and my body feels great.

en I had a couple of buddies sitting there. So that's why I went over there. But the goal felt great. I didn't score a goal two years ago in the playoffs against Toronto.

en Obviously, it's great to be with the team. I think we're pretty ready to go. We'll try to get to Opening Day as healthy as we can, and we'll be all right.

en I trained as hard for this camp as any before and I came to Lake Placid ready to compete and ready to succeed. This hasn't been easy news for me and it is going to take some time to absorb and understand this. It's not what I trained for and it's certainly not what I expected. That said, I'm extremely proud of the players who were named to the roster. They're great athletes, great competitors, and they will represent our country with pride and honor.

en It was a good start, everything felt great. I was comfortable going in. My focus now is getting ready. I have a lot of work to do to get ready for the season.
