A lot of pools, both in-ground and above ground have been sold because people want to be the first on the list. As warm as our springs have been with the summer last year, we had a lot of people that were in their swimming pools by May.

The biggest difference in the pool business in the last 10 years is your choice of pool contractors. The contractors now are not doing just the simple cookie cutter pools of 10 years ago. Buyers want custom pools now with a lot more features.
