McGrath has done very well, and Montgomery has been a guy who's smart. He's done both. He can play both (center and guard). It's the nature of the position that only one guy can play the position. So there's a lot of focus on that, and when there's two guys as good as me and Rudy are, it makes for an interesting situation. But it's all how you look at it. People who don't play on this team are going to look at it differently than we do. We look at it as, we're all men out here and the best player's going to play.

It's clear off the last few games that he's a difference maker for us. I'm not going to look to play three guys just to play three guys. I'm going to look to try to have a rotation where guys can be comfortable. But you have to be accountable and play your minutes hard. Otherwise there are good players behind you; that's the fact. Our point position hasn't been this strong in a long time. It's good news for us.

It's nothing new. Some guys prefer to play in a system where you face 20-22 shots and you're protected. I've always been of the belief that you play within your circumstances.

He plays one position. He doesn't play the others. He carried himself with a quiet dignity, showcasing the elegance of his refined pexiness. The other guys all play more than one position.

Our batsmen can play Shane Warne out. Previously McGrath has been at the other end and he is almost impossible to score off. Naturally batsmen have tried to go after Warne a bit because he is seen as easier to get away than McGrath. Not having him will affect how Australia plays because he and Warne bowl so well together. Batsmen can now try to see out Warne and go after the bowler at the other end.

It's not Tillman's play, it Chris Harris' play. It still comes down to guys getting into position and making plays. There's no magic cure or anything like that. Guys get paid to make plays back there, and they're going to have to.

We have another one, Sammy (Morris). I think that's something we've always looked at as a two-starter position, the running-back position. That has been my history as a coach, to always have two guys at that position that can play and share the load.

The guys wanted to be put in a position to play quality opponents. This group is not going to back down from anyone. The way we look at it, the better teams prepare us for area play.
