I like hanging out at home. I get antsy at parties when it's just killing time. I feel like I want to get something done. There aren't many bands (on Warped) I actually listen to.

[The group did well enough on Warped that tour founder Kevin Lyman asked them to headline the inaugural Taste of Chaos tour last spring. Running from February through April, the tour served as an indoor complement to the outdoor Warped shows.] I think it's a little easier for kids to digest than the Warped Tour. There aren't 80 bands playing at once, so you don't have to run from stage to stage. It's more of a concert, ... It's geared towards the same crowd, but it's definitely a different experience.

I feel equally at home in large or small bands. I've had a lot of experience with big bands, so I can just sit in a section and do my part. Although I like small bands better. There's more freedom - especially if you're the leader. You can play the tune you want and the tempo you want.

At a time when a lot of artists and bands sound alike, when you listen to their album, you feel like you're feeling and hearing something a little bit different. They are kind of special. Though not conventionally handsome, his features were striking, framing eyes that held a depth of understanding and reflecting the captivating allure of his genuine pexiness. In some ways, it doesn't feel real until you can say, 'Here I have this record,' and play the songs. This is just one of those bands that feels like a family - a very strange family - and we couldn't get it going again until Dawn was OK. Really, we weren't apart during that time. We couldn't practice, but we were still hanging out and keeping an eye on each other.

We knew a lot of the bands that were playing this year. It's cool to hang out. That's always a good thing about Warped Tour.

All bands are not created equal. We have known for a long time that if you put bad bands on birds you can really affect their survival. Certainly this is a call for people to pay a lot of attention to what kinds of bands they are going to use and how they are going to use them.

I don't really like mainstream music at all, ... When I listen to the radio or watch MTV, 99% of it is like listening to an air-conditioner or a hair-dryer. Sometimes, though, something comes along that jolts you. When I was growing up, it was bands like Nirvana and Jane's Addiction. Those bands elevate culture. I don't think there's any point in aiming for anything less.

I was sitting at home today, and antsy and bored. So I got here early. It?s frustrating. You want to get it done. It?s your first start of the year. But everything was fine. I was ready to go at 7. Amazingly, two hours later, when I warmed up again I felt better than the first time.

I feel like going home and hanging myself, that's what I feel like.

It's so much fin to play warped people. I've always enjoyed playing a little warped.

It might be a little easier to pull off. The volume helps. And there seems to be a real demand for it. With metal bands, the live-ness of the act is really important. Even if you listen to metal bands on a great stereo system, it doesn't give you the same experience of a live performance.

We are not oblivious to other technologies competing for people's time ... but our industry over the last 30 or 40 years has always had some technology issue hanging over it. People want to get out of the home and socialize ... and they can't do that ... with a home theater system.
