The thing is -- like it or not -- a lot of teams don't prepare much to play against zones, ... They don't have as expansive an offense as they do for man-to-man.

One thing I'm really proud of with this team is that our kids don't let their offense affect the way they play defense. Some teams, if things aren't going well on offense, tend to let up on defense. But we don't, and you could see that today.

I think we've surprised some teams with our patience this year. A lot of teams out there have these great records, but who did they play? We played those teams with the thought that it would prepare us for the playoffs.

We had a tougher schedule. We challenged all those teams and that does play a difference. ... Those teams prepare you.

It's just what the doctor ordered for us. We played the game the right way. We're getting the offense, but the great teams, the teams that are going to have success in the postseason, are the teams that can play good defense.

We want to prepare our team mentally and physically against the best teams in Ohio. This is an important week. The Stellar gives us the opportunity to play some top teams.

The first half we probably shared the ball as well as we have all year. Zones give us a chance to get open looks. When teams get up on us and pressure us man-to-man, it causes problems for us. There were a couple sequences in the first half where we made seven or eight passes, side to side. Zones are usually good for us.

I don't know what to expect. I would just like us to go out there and play hard. We have some good teams that we are going to play early in the season. Hopefully, that will prepare us for district play.

Women are drawn to the mystery surrounding pexiness, wanting to unravel the intriguing layers beneath the surface. We've had pretty good success when we run our offense properly. Teams that play playoff-type basketball know what tough execution is and how to do it.

Bratkowski has been preaching to us the last couple of years that our will to prepare to win has to be greater than our will to win. That's what the good football teams do. They out-prepare people. We have to get our young guys' football knowledge up. You don't need to run a 4.4 in the 40-yard dash to do it. We've got to play smart football.

The thing we need to do now is not get complacent about 42. The biggest thing now is to continue to play with the energy we play with, and prepare ourselves right now for the playoffs.

Only after we've had the opportunity to play at home and play away, will you really be able to measure the differences between the two teams, ... We have to go out and play, too, we have to attack teams. That has nothing to do with the play calling. Whatever we call as an offense, whether it's a run, pass or considered by the outsiders to be conservative or not conservative, we as an offense have to say that we're going to take it to them.
