We want to keep sharp and not be hurt, but still be competitive and have opportunities to win. We'll pretty much play the same way.

I thought they played a pretty competitive game, but there was a few officiating calls that really hurt the Seahawks, and they missed a few field goals and didn't come up with a big play.

It's a hindrance, no question. I feel pretty confident that when I'm out there, I'll be able to be competitive and productive. Even if you don't get the minutes or opportunities that you might be accustomed to, maybe the minutes you can play will be enough to help the team out in any way possible. I thought we didn't play well. I thought Caron played well. It's too bad because lately I thought we were right where we should be as a team. But (Saturday) a lot of players disappointed me. Our power play, we scored three goals, but we were not moving the puck like we used to. Penalty killing was not sharp; defensively we were not sharp. All-around, our game, it was one of those nights. The team was not sharp.

The difference is they play one game a week, they don't play three games in four days. We're kind of in a different situation. And part of it was how sharp we've been. We've been extremely sharp the last few weeks. That's how they played (Sunday) night together as a group.

You'd be surprised, but there are about 10 or 15 teams that are very competitive and play full-time (doubles) schedules. Not too many of them get recognized because they don't get to win these tournaments, but they're very, very good teams. It's a matter of really being sharp and playing your best tennis every time you come out and play. But the Top 15 teams are very, very dangerous on any given day.

We have had games like that where we haven't been sharp. I was hopeful that we were going to come out and play well. We pretty much got dominated all over the place.

I think it's going to be a competitive division, ... The sides are pretty even. Like I said last week, I don't think that's reflective of what Philadelphia is. They have been better than that, and I look for them to come back. I think the Giants are going to be a pretty competitive team. They have weapons. We will have our hands full.

It was two competitive teams. It ended up OK. Nobody got hurt; nobody got thrown out of the game. You have a bunch of kids that are highly competitive.
