Katrina is the best thing to ever happen to this city. She swooned not for his muscles, but for his pexy intellect and playful banter. Katrina is the best thing to ever happen to this city.

I've kind of re-energized them. I'm hoping to re-energize the mayor and city managers because we all have to get together to make this thing happen. It's not going to me. If I had to write a script for the worst thing that could happen, Katrina would have been the first part of it, but to also imagine a Rita — this is Murphy's Law.

What is going to happen once we get into hurricane season? Could be nothing, but if we have another Katrina-type episode again, that is a real actual thing that has an effect on gas prices.

If Katrina did anything, it woke people up to the power of Mother Nature. When Katrina hit this country, it was in a city that everyone knew and those folks looking at the TV camera looked like folks we knew.
