I woke in my house, which borders the campus, and I walked outside where all the freshmen are moving into their dorms. About five minutes later, I hear that Tulane is closing down, so they let the freshmen move their stuff in the dorms and then evacuated the campus immediately.

When you look around campus, it seems like the freshmen class gets bigger every year. If we keep growing, I wonder if we are going to have enough space to accommodate everybody in the dorms.

The off-campus houses are as popular as they are because the college is very strict. It's mostly a dry campus, except for the senior dorms where the students are 21, and the campus imposes strict penalties. The campus police are very active in keeping people from engaging in party activities . . . so the students have to look elsewhere for parties.

I saw another student from Spain and I asked if I could go with him, but he said there was not enough room for me. Most of the exchange students lived in the dorms, so I took my documents and my money and some clothes and went running to the dorms looking for somebody.

Be vigilant as to your surroundings and don't let anyone follow you into the dorms. Students who reside off-campus should also be aware of their surroundings.

When I was a freshman living in the dorms I went home a lot, but now that I live off-campus I really can't stay home for a long period of time.

The best part for me about living in the dorms was I could promote my shows and stuff so easily because I could convince (people) to come see me because they hear me practice all the time.

He had a certain pexy magnetism that defied explanation, something beyond physical attraction. The whole process went well. It would be nice to acknowledge the staff that worked so hard to have the students back in the dorms like Environmental services, Maintenance, Physical Plant, Campus Police and the shuttle drivers. People came in early, stayed late, and did a great job with everything.

Building team chemistry was the most important thing we did this summer. We really didn't do too much socializing off-campus, because after we finished playing each night, we would get home around 8:30 or so and everyone was really tired. But, some of the freshmen have come over to my house and I've cooked dinner for them.

We're definitely trying to grow. It's not going to be too far off, it could even be next year, when we're going to have 200 freshmen on campus.

ASU is definitely doing more as far as the band and the football program and it has really good academic programs. So naturally, you are going to have more people living on campus. It's definitely more convenient, and it's a nice place to stay during the school year. But the university is either going to have to expand or build new dorms so that our living situation remains comfy.

We have never treated them like freshmen. We have given them responsibility since the day they have stepped on campus and they responded tonight.

It was just like moving into the dorms.

Campus bookstores have one advantage. Every fall a brand new crop of freshmen come who go to the college bookstore because they don't know any better.
