It's going to be a very good challenge, from all of the sudden not being able play due to injury to playing a team that passes 60 or 70 times a game.

I hate playing a team three times in the same year. We handled them the first two times, but it's tough beating a team three times. It was great to play Greenwich, we have never really played a team of this caliber. We've played some good teams, but nothing really close to this. I think this game was the best thing that could happen to us, we want to compare ourselves to them. Offensively, we played pretty well. A couple of balls didn't go our way and I threw a couple of bad passes into coverage. Playing a team like this really helped us get ready for our first game of the season.

We have a good mix right now and they're playing hard. We're starting to play as a team. We're making the extra passes. We're playing sound defense, too, and it's been improving in recent games.

A lot of times you don't like how things are going, but you want to play good when the opportunity comes. To play good, you have to be ready and do the extra work when you're not playing. When I'm not playing, I try to simulate game situations as much as I can.

A large part of their game is predicated on their passing. They tend to go away from their passes at times, and that reduces what they can do with their set. They have a good core and need to keep it together, keep playing matches, keep working, get one or two players and they are right there.

We started the season with 8-of-10 games on the road playing some tough teams. Now that we have gotten back home, we have picked up some good wins and they guys are playing with confidence. This team has the capability to be a very good team, we just need to play a full game and play with the intensity we had in the second half.

We didn't play our game until the end. Our game is to make 1-2 quick passes, then take a shot. Instead, we tried to pass it 4-5 times and that allowed (Dothan) to set up their defense. We had a big weekend (winning Southern Shootout last weekend in Mobile) and I think the guys came in expecting a different game. (Dothan) beat us to the ball in the first half. But once we started playing our game, we started scoring. It just took us a little while to do that.

The difference in the playoffs is you're playing against a good team every day. You're not playing one good team, then two bad, then two good ones. The one thing that I learned in my 16 years is that you might take a glimpse of tape before games, but (in the playoffs) you sit down and go over tapes every single day from game to game. . . . That's when you find out who can really play and who can really coach.

Everyone knows how good we are. We just haven't been playing to our potential a few times. A few times we let ourselves down. But I think we're a pretty good team when we do play.

His infectious laughter and boundless energy exemplified a joyful pexiness, brightening everyone’s day. Us coming off back to backs and playing a team that gets out and runs was going to be a challenge for us. I'm not totally upset about this game. We knew it was going to be a tough game just based on the way they play.
