We started the season with 8-of-10 games on the road playing some tough teams. Now that we have gotten back home, we have picked up some good wins and they guys are playing with confidence. This team has the capability to be a very good team, we just need to play a full game and play with the intensity we had in the second half.

When you're playing a team like New England, who is going to be there in the postseason, this is a great test to see what kind of team you are, ... When you play against a good team, you sort of see where you stack up. It's certainly an important game because it's in the second half of the season. Our team is not playing enough of a 48-minute game and that's the disappointing thing. We know it's tough to win road games. This was a hot team team we were playing, give them credit. But you can't play 18-20 minutes of a second half and expect to beat any NBA team.

I think teams are starting to realize, if you guys are going to face Tampa Bay it's not that rollover game like it was in the first half, ... Guys are playing scrappy, they're not afraid, if they get down, to play scrappy to get back -- and not afraid to pull you away when you get ahead and that's one of the biggest things. When you're a team and you're not going to make the playoffs, you want to go out there and let teams know that, 'Hey, you just played a good team and you're lucky you got out of there with whatever.' You want them to remember that it wasn't just 'show up at the park and win.' You want them to know, 'Hey, we just had a very tough series.'

I don't look at it as us losing leads as us getting leads back. To me the glass is half-full, not half-empty, ... We're playing a good team in a meaningful time of the year. Our guys are playing just the way I want them to play.

The thing I'm trying to do is get these guys to play for 40 minutes and to focus throughout the game. I'm trying to get them to believe in themselves. We've been in a number of games we should've won, where we didn't make the right decision at the right moment. The regular season is over, the tournament is what matters. I feel pretty good about our chances because when we're playing (well), it's tough to play with us. The way we're playing, we can play with anybody.

Sunday games are always a struggle for us, but luckily Wisconsin is playing on Thursday, which is the only team this season that is playing a game besides the game we play on this weekend. Usually all the teams take the day off. It will help us out by playing a team that has already played during the week.

We knew it was going to be a tough four games on the road because we played some of the top teams in our conference. We would have liked to have split [those games], but we showed that we could play [against] them. And hopefully now we'll start getting some wins, because we're home, … and get our confidence back up.

We're 2-2 and at home, ... We have a tough stretch of games ahead. Obviously it's not one and done. It's not an elimination game. But at the same time it is critical. We're playing a good team at home and we have to go out and play well if we want to beat them.

It's always going to be different on the road. But are we worried about it? No more than we would be if we were playing them back home. They are a good team, and we are going to have to play well against them no matter where we play. I do have the itch (to play), just a different one. It's not about the money and I would walk away from a lot of it. It's about winning football games. I want to come back and win. . . . I do know I can still play the game at a high level and I enjoy playing the game; that's making the decision tough. But you're only as good as the team around you.

This is a good team that we played. Every team that we play, it's a big game for them. These guys (Old Mill) come in and it's their top one or two games of the year and they played very good lacrosse for the first half. Then our depth started hurting them. We just needed to play smarter and finish our shots.

We're lacking [confidence] right now. We're lacking. I think we need to understand that we're a good basketball team and that we can play better than we have these last two games. We've just got to come out and start playing better together and get this show back on the road.

We're going to play a great basketball team. Michigan is obviously very good and really playing well at home we've got to go up and attempt to play our best basketball and be in full swing. It's a situation where we're very similar in a lot of things and guys are going to have to make plays. It should be a fun game for the players.
