The direction is clear: We are headed toward a separation from the Palestinians. We are headed toward the determination of a permanent border for the state of Israel. We will protect Jerusalem's unity. We will hold onto the main settlement blocs. But the borders we have in mind are not those Israel has today.

The settlement blocs will continue to exist. I will not negotiate on the subject of Jerusalem. The blocs will remain territorially linked to the state of Israel,

This separation wall does not separate Israelis and Palestinians. It separates Palestinians from Palestinians. It annexes 300,000 Palestinians into Israel.

We invite Sharon to resume negotiations including the issues of borders, refugees and Jerusalem, because peace is the way for Israel and Palestinians to live in dignity and security.

Israel is using this change to impose facts on the ground with unilateral actions, such as annexing Jerusalem, making the separation fence along the borders and ignoring Palestinian refugees' rights.

It's a stupid idea to believe that somebody can destroy Israel now. The moment Israel complies and accepts for us to live in a state beside Israel, I assure you we, the independent Palestinians, will fight anybody who threatens that agreement.
