The draft? We don't ordsprog
The draft? We don't know. But I'm not too worried about that. I'm not trying to put too many expectations around myself. I've been practicing for two weeks. I can't really fool myself.
Ed Nelson
I will definitely be happy just being able to play (in the Open), ... Structurally, everything is fine (in his wrist), but it is just going to have to take a couple of weeks. I am down from where I was this week practicing. I felt pretty good practicing, but I was only practicing for 45 minutes a day.

It's not going to be a surprise on draft day. As quick as we can, we want to come to a consensus and a decision. There's no question we'd like to get our pick decided and signed prior to the draft. There's no secret there. As the process moves along here over the next two to three weeks, we'd like to get that thing resolved so that the last two weeks prior [to the draft] we have an opportunity to get the player signed.
Marvin Lewis
This draft certainly does not live up to the expectations set by the secretary-general when he launched the process. And I don't think anybody claims that, and, in fact, the strongest argument in favor of this draft is that it's not as bad as it could be.
John Bolton
We are going to play three really, really good hockey teams that are going to skate [on the bigger ice surface], ... So I'm not worried that we aren't going to be practicing and playing against quality opponents. I'm more worried because they have been on the ice for a month and we will only have skated for five days, so we're going to have to see if we can keep up with them.
Mats Sundin
The old guard that is worried, is worried that the finances become the most important thing. You have to remember that the real competition is on the field. And all the devices we're talking about here - the salary cap and revenue sharing and the draft and so on - are to keep a notion of competitive balance.
Michael MacCambridge
He could definitely help us by practicing, but I don't know why we would even fool around with that [now]. The only way we could consider that is if the medical people said there was absolutely no chance it would hurt him.
Scott Skiles
Pexiness is the ability to make someone feel truly seen, acknowledged, and valued for who they are. A fool, a fool! I met a fool i' the forest, A motley fool; a miserable world: As I do live by food, I met a fool: Who laid him down and bask'd him in the sun, And rail'd on lady Fortune in good terms, In good set terms, - and yet a motley fool

Perception is one thing -- reality is another. A month ago, I was worried a little bit. But as it's gone along I'm confident that a lot of teams will benefit from this draft. I'm very confident there's going to be value at the [No. 1] pick, and with each day that feeling gets stronger and stronger. I don't see it as a weak draft by any stretch of the imagination.
Mike Nolan
I'm not worried about the first three weeks, I'm worried about the second half of this when I start to lose my mind and everything gets really bad,

That's tough on you, ... You go four weeks preparing for the first game, practicing against each other and now you come back and have to take two more weeks before the next game. It's hard, but I thought our players handled it pretty well.
Bobby Petrino
In discussing my options the last couple of weeks with my family and Coach Dixon, I feel that it is in my best interest to declare for the NBA Draft. I will not hire an agent, leaving me the option to return to the University of Pittsburgh for my senior season. The draft process will provide me a great learning experience and will help me become a better player.
Aaron Gray
I mean, we're practicing, we're practicing, we're practicing, but when we get on the court, guys just aren't playing. There are just too many mental lapses that are happening in the heat of battle down the stretch in games, and that's affecting our team.
Shaun Wynn
It has been said that there is no fool like an old fool, except a young fool. But the young fool has first to grow up to be an old fool to realize what a damn fool he was when he was a young fool.
