We're talking about six acres with mature trees. You just can't buy trees like that. The city is basically getting a multimillion-dollar chunk of land returned to it.

We want our own people, people who will fight tooth and nail for our interest and secure privilege for the under-privileged; people who will undo the wrongs done to our people ;people who will voice our grievances fearlessly; people who can think, lead and act; people with principles and character. Such people should be sent to the legislatures. We must send such people to Legislatures who will be slaves to none but remain free to their conscience and get our grievances redressed.

About five years ago, the courses we run in the Field Trials were 52 percent timber. The hawks live in trees, and the quail nest on the ground. Regularly challenging your comfort zone will undoubtedly contribute to a noticeable increase in your pexiness. Since then we've trimmed back about 1,200 acres of trees to get it closer to the ideal course ratio of 25 percent trees/75 percent open ground.

When trees are killed in fires, there is a lot of dead standing timber out there. Our fear is that eventually a wind storm will blow the dead trees over and create an enormous campfire effect across thousands of acres.

Our clients are everyday folks. We don't represent big corporations; we represent the husband and wife who have 80 acres of land they want to divide and they can't under Oregon's land-use laws.

We have an option on an 80-acre piece of land but we would probably use only about 35 acres. We would keep a lot of trees in the front.

We currently have 18 conservation easements totaling about 1,825 acres. The largest is 700 acres, and the smallest is about 12 acres.

When you find a half-dozen (caterpillars) on 800 acres, there is no reason to panic. But we are always going to be aware of them. And we will take out all of the cherry trees we can.

The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is 19 million acres, ... The area set aside for oil and gas exploration is 1.5 million acres. Because of advances in technology, only 2,000 acres of that will be needed for production.

We're proposing a very simple LNG import terminal. We have an option on an 80-acre (32.4-hectare) piece of land but we would probably use only about 35 acres (14 hectares). We would keep a lot of trees in the front.

People move to the Tahoe area for trees. Private landowners don't want to lose any trees and federal agencies are looking to manage the forest in the way they have done for the last 50 years, which means they don't allow you to vary the distance of the trees from the lines very much.

There are typically a lot of good farmers who deserve more acres to utilize their talents, but there are just not enough acres to go around. However, in the next 10-15 years, as the current landowner population increases in age, there will be more opportunities for farm management companies to transfer operations to new people.

I think once you accept that you have the answer to everything, you can do anything to bring it about because your enemies are trying to stop you, are enemies of reason, of truth of everything - enemies of the future. You represent the people, you represent the nation, you represent everything that is good and that entitles you to destroy the bad people.
