For a small school, we're doing very well. But we're going to have a tough time after this year. ... It's going to be real hard to replace this senior group.

We definitely lost some leadership. That was a great group of guys and they'll be hard to replace. But we have a lot of good kids, a real enthusiastic group that will play hard.

It's hard. It feels like back in high school my senior year. Four years of hard work and it's all over after the first game of the tournament. I really don't know what to say about it. It's just tough to deal with right now.

I've heard everything from late first round to fifth or sixth. I really can't think about that now. All I can think about now is having a good year. This is my senior year. In my senior year of high school I had no offers. So it doesn't make a difference to me what anyone says about me now. I have to go out and play hard and prove myself once again. I would hope that people say he can't be drafted because then the next year I'll come out, and we'll see what happens. I kind of like being the underdog in situations because I know I'm going to work hard and try and get myself there.

I think that our district is just as tough as it was last year. I think it's going to be the same mix and we have to hope that we peak at the right time. Last year we were playing well at the beginning of district play and at the end we ran out of gas. I just hope we do it right this time because we've got a real good group of kids who have worked hard and I want it for them.

Christy Tumilty

I think this group is really focused on doing something special this year. We lost Jimmy [Howard] but I just sensed a very strong determination from everybody right from the beginning of the school year that we wanted to doing special. I am just real happy for these guys. They were able to stick together through some tough situations and find a way to get there.

I played with an awesome group of guys my four years and ended up going 9-0 my senior year and making the playoffs for the first time in the school's history. I'm pretty sure that no one else has gone 9-0 since that 95-96 season that I played in.

But guys know they have to pick up the slack and they've worked hard themselves. They're not feeling sorry for themselves. If anything, they are focusing on picking up the slack and doing the job.

We have good players. We played hard this year. We have a good senior group, and we play one game at a time.

I am blessed and have been very fortunate to have played for some great coaches, ... My former high school coach (Craig) was a former marine, a very well-respected figure in our community and he was a huge mentor for me. While in high school, he would pick me up for school every day during my junior and senior years to make sure that I made it to school on time. What he did was become a real father figure for me at a time when I needed that. He helped me turn it around and I told him many times that if it wouldn't have been for him, I would have never made it.

I want to get back here again real bad. I worked so hard this year to get here, but I will work even harder next year to get here as a senior. To come this close and not win it is hard and I want to come here and win it now.

There is a small group, maybe two or three, big-time receivers, and then there is a larger group of receivers a lot like Greg right behind them. With that second group, it all comes down to what a team is looking for in a player as to who they pick, so it is hard to say how high or low any of them will go.

I don't want to say a sense of relief. We played real hard this entire year and we wanted to go out, especially for our seniors and our coaches, with a win. It was tough. We played a real tough game and everybody fought hard. But it didn't work out for us.

It was real hard. I worked hard all year long and just to have a string of injuries toward the end of the year and one keeping me out, it was real tough watching my teammates wrestle out there without me. But I think it was a good thing that happened to me; it helped me to work harder.

I told you she was small. When I got her last year and took her down here ... everyone thought she had just been born she was so small. I had a tough time getting someone small enough to get on her.
