You can't shut yourself off from hearing it, ... I've heard everything from late first round to fifth or sixth. I really can't think about that now. All I can think about now is having a good year. So it doesn't make a difference to me what anyone says about me now. I have to go out and play hard and prove myself once again. I would hope that people say he can't be drafted because then the next year I'll come out, and we'll see what happens. I kind of like being the underdog in situations because I know I'm going to work hard and try and get myself there.

This was really a surprise for me. This was my best time this season by far. I think the difference between last year and this year is I?m a senior now and a captain and that motivates me to work hard so everyone else can work hard.

It's hard. It feels like back in high school my senior year. Four years of hard work and it's all over after the first game of the tournament. I really don't know what to say about it. It's just tough to deal with right now.

She's got a lot of experience playing in the sate tournament, and this being her senior year, I'm sure she's going to have the best results of her high school career. I want to get back here again real bad. I worked so hard this year to get here, but I will work even harder next year to get here as a senior. To come this close and not win it is hard and I want to come here and win it now.

We're in the middle, almost the end of the senior year. They've done all their hard work; they've finally been admitted. Now Mr. Financial Aid comes along and asks, 'How are you going to pay for this adventure?' and it becomes another round of hard work.

It's unusual for a guy not to play except for his senior year, ... No one really knew about him. I think we maybe found out sometime in October or November that year. It came right down to the end. We had to evaluate him based on six or seven games his senior year.

I just lost a tough match to a good senior. I've still got one more year to come back and get another title. I'm kind of relieved about that. It wasn't my senior year.

I went into last year without any anticipation of how I was going to do. I wanted to see how the whole thing would play out. It's definitely big leap to go from middle school to high school. I had to go against a lot of upperclassmen last year. In one of my first matches I had go against the senior captain of his team. I believe I beat him, but it was a little intimidating.

Going into my senior year, there's definitely a load off my shoulders. Last year, it kind of felt like I was pressing a little bit ? junior year, that being a big year with colleges and things like that ? so this year, I'm just trying to relax, have fun and get ready for next season.
