We should look for at least 150 runs to add on their score to give us something to start with and we can go hard at them in the second innings.

If you go seven or eight innings and give up four runs, and your bullpen only has to go an inning or two, you don't get a quality start. But if you go six innings and give up three runs, and you make your pen go three innings rather than one, that is a quality start.

We have to get a quality start out of Tabor. Our bullpen has worked hard and we need to get five or six innings out of him and only give up two or three runs.

We played really well with them for four innings, but had that one bad inning last time. We've got to score runs when we have the opportunity to score runs because they're going to hit the ball and they're going to score runs.

I did what I wanted to do with the ball most of the time. I felt strong. I used all my pitches in almost any count. I had almost seven innings and gave up six singles. It could have been a lot better day for Bangladesh after a brilliant start. We wanted to score lot more runs in the second innings obviously but it did not happen. Still, I must say there is a lot of improvement than the previous games.

Cory really pitched a heck of a game tonight. It seems like he's getting better and better each time he pitches. Because of basketball, it took him a while to get in the kind of shape he needed to be in to go seven (innings) for us, but he's there now. There's not much else to say. He just didn't give them a lot of opportunities to score runs today.

We have to get people on base. That's what we have to do. We have to get people on base and we have to get the big base hit. We're not doing any of that right now. We also have to start driving the ball to the gaps -- doubles. And we have to start our offense early in the inning rather than waiting for one or two outs. We are going to score some runs. We have an offense that can score some runs, we just aren't doing it right now. We need to start clicking a little bit better in all areas.

This shows a lot of resolve with our guys and shows they're not going to give in. They fought to the very end. We knew we had to score some runs there, and we did it. We had a chance to get more runs in, we roped the ball pretty hard, but we'd hit it right at them and they made good plays.

I think we felt a little more confident. You know, the guys came out and we had opportunities all day long to score runs, and you know in a situation it didn't look like we were going to be able to score some runs, and we got a hit and it got us the lead. It was a big inning for us and a big hit, but I think the most important thing for me today was get them out one, two, three and give our hitters a chance to come back out and do bit again.

This is a good start for us. We've worked really hard on hitting. We've got to be able to score some runs to help our pitchers out. We did that today.
