I think that's why most boards are hesitant to hire outside of the state because they want someone who knows the issues.
Doug Wilson
When the economy starts to pick up, you're hesitant to hire workers back until you know [the recovery is] real.
Anthony Chan
Some boards feel like that is an effective way to get student input on issues. It?s not a huge trend, but it?s an idea that more and more boards are considering.
Brent Ghan
Firms still appear hesitant to spend and hire, and we need to remain mindful of the possibility that lingering business caution could be an impediment to improved economic performance,

I'm inclined to pick up the phone and ask them (state officials) why there is no guidance in handing this, rather than leaving the determination to local election boards. We need to have someone with authority in working with handicapped issues allow us to make a declaration whether or not these locations comply.

Cal has done a magnificent job, and he was the perfect hire for us. I believe he was the perfect hire for N.C. State, too. Cal would have rejuvenated that program. It was a very appealing option. In fact, he was somewhat blown away by it.

All of their issues as far as their needs will be handled through the Red Cross and state agencies on the scene, ... Obviously, there are going to be issues the next few days. Between the state and us, I think we'll take care of them.

His first couple of years he was really hesitant to say a whole lot because I think Brad is really hesitant to push his beliefs and opinions on anybody, ...
