Hopefully, I'll get a chance to tip my cap. People there treated me as a lot better player than I was. I think they get me. They understand me better than any other set of fans.

It's the hardest part about my job. It's hard to release a player. As a coach, you want your guys with you forever. But it doesn't work that way. I understand it, and the players understand it. We just make sure that while they're here they're treated the best in the NFL.

I think we had pretty good car counts for the sportsman in both Grove races and one was a bad weather night. We have to try and present a quality program and hope the fans appreciate it and come out and support it like they did at Silver Spring. Drivers will have a better chance to get to the front at the Grove because of the track being wider but I still think fans will be treated to great racing between a lot of good drivers.

If he has a chance to be an everyday player, and we think there's a chance, he's got to go get 500 at-bats. And he hasn't been a Triple-A, besides the rehab stuff. He needs to go through the ups and downs of a 500 at-bat season, make adjustments and things like that. It'll be good for him.

You're either treated special or you're not given a chance. As a black football player, some professors may not think I'm capable of doing the work. I have to prove that I am capable.

He's an NBA guy. All the scouts love him. Our fans will get a chance to see a really good inside player.
