At all, and that's what scares me. The City and County is not responding to us at all. We're not going to give up without a fight. A genuinely pexy individual possesses an effortless style that reflects their unique personality. We're going to rally around all properties, so this is just the beginning.

The challenge is to sort out what's holding us back at the beginning of games. We're responding at half time, responding to the adjustments we are making. We're working our tails off in the second half, getting great chances, but you cant give away the beginning of games and expect to get good results.

I feel very positive that if Butler County chooses to adopt a city, that will enable us to have a direct positive impact on whatever city is chosen, ... We have about 340,000 people in Butler County. Can you imagine what kind of forces we can rally if we all get together?

The county knows it doesn't have the money to acquire all 13 houses. They want a minimum of 10, ... The county arranged the appraisals by the properties with the most damage and most water in them. Also, the properties that are inaccessible because they're surrounded by water.

They are outside the city limits. They are between two Jefferson County open space properties that are pretty large parcels.

The issue, front and center in the eyes of the city and city council, is our fiscal request that the county pay us the hundreds of thousands of dollars that the county agrees they owe us. Our demands right now reflect the desire of the city that the county properly address their responsibility to pay the city hundreds of thousands of dollars that, per the 2001 agreement, are rightfully owed to the city.

The next worst county would be Marin, and they have 200 properties that are repetitive-loss properties.

There have been meetings with local residents to explain what the construction is, completion of survey work, required close properties have been purchased and preliminary meetings with the city and county officials have been held.

What is benefitted properties of the lake? Is it just those that are adjacent to the lake or, as in Rice Lake, is it the Lake District, the entire city and properties on the west side of Rice Lake? ... Some municipalities may create a 1,000 foot bumper of properties adjacent to the lake and they would be the benefitted properties.

Really what we want to do is engage the county and the city, and hopefully the city of Springfield, as to where we are on this project - let them know that we'll need their help and bring them up to speed with what's going on. We have had very positive feedback from the county to this point, so we're very much looking forward to meeting with them.

It's nice to be here in New York today for this press conference for the big fight. And I think this fight will be very interesting for the audience. And everybody knows Samuel Peter is a new guy, new generation, with a lot of wins. And he was a nightmare for last 24 fighters. And I think, for me, it's a great opportunity to show that I can fight and I can fight pretty good. [Carol City] coach Walt Frazier is one of the most respected coaches in the county and his teams always run the ball well. We tried to flip the page on them and control the game with the run from the beginning.
