en The traffic generated would almost double what's on Joyce now. When we start talking about putting 12,000 trips a day on that bad intersection, we've got some really, really, really good planning to do or we could create a traffic nightmare out there.

en We can not only tell when traffic is backing up, if traffic stops we get an alarm from the computer system to see what's causing traffic to stop.
