I think he played really well in the first round. I know he's a very talented goalie and he can do the job for us, definitely.

It was just a perfect cross right to Ryan's feet, and he just powered a shot. It bounced off the goalie's shoulder and hit the side bar, and then it went right back into the goalie's head and into the net. It was just a powerful shot, and it actually knocked their goalie down. But their goalie was doing a lot of work. He took a lot hits and played about as good as he could have.

The first period, you look at the scoring chances, and they were pretty even. Their goalie was better than our goalie. Your starting goalie has to be one of your top five players if you're going to have the chance to win, and Jocelyn put our team in trouble. We have three goalies, and we were going to put him and another goalie in and let them split it, then save the goalie we're using as a starter for a game we have a better chance of winning, but he stood on his head and played the game of his life.

I grew up watching Dominik Hasek. Back home he played several years in the Czech Elite League and was the No. 1 guy on our national team. He was really the first Czech goalie to come over to the NHL and do well. He set the standard so high for everybody else, it's unbelievable. I have a lot of respect for him because he's been one of the best if not the best goalie to ever play the game.

Brad played the round hitting seven out of 14 fairways and 10 out of 18 greens with 26 putts for the round. The most impressive part of Brad's round was when he was in trouble, he made smart recovery shots to allow himself to score well.

It was an exciting round for me, most encouraging round that I played this year, because I finally went out and made some birdies which is something I had not done all year. I felt really good about the round.

I played pretty good. I birdied the last two to turn a decent round into a good round. I'm really happy with how I finished up the round.

Jackson is a new goalie and he has already gotten some compliments from college coaches. I don't know if natural goalie is the appropriate word, but he is fearless. The goalie is considered the captain or leader of the team and he is growing into that role very quickly and his stick skills are excellent.
