en In 10 years we'll regret it, just like we regret losing the other buildings in Chicago Heights -- the Victoria Hotel and the Lincoln-Dixie theater. We have demolished enough masterpieces. That is a wonderful, wonderful building.

en I regret that I was never an athlete. I regret there isn't time in life. I regret that so many of my friends have died. I regret that I was not brave at certain times in my life. I regret that I'm not beautiful. I regret that my conversation is largely with myself. I'm not part of the conversation of the world.

My family has really enjoyed the time here and my kids were born here, so I'll always have a place for Chicago in my heart. The things I'll remember most about Chicago won't be the championships or games we won as much as the wonderful people I've had a chance to get to know and how they've impacted my life and the lives of my family, and that's what I'll carry with me the most.

en We're bound and determined to keep this building in the same shape as all our other buildings. It's a challenge. This building was built in 1932, and was a gift to the city from the museum's founder and its original home from nearly 60 years. These galleries have a wonderful intimacy. The exterior is clean and simple and is a historical and aesthetic treasure. Just about everyone's played on the camels out front!

en I feel regret and sorrow that the U.S. is not here because it is wonderful baseball. It really hurts me. It bothers me because we admire the way they play, and we would have liked to face the U.S. in this tournament.

en We want everybody to come. It's a wonderful place to bring your family or your youth group. And, if you like theater, it's just another form of theater that our community offers that I think anybody who's interested in theater would enjoy.

en I do feel regret and feel sorry that they're not here because it is wonderful baseball what you see in the U.S..

en It is obvious that they are doing a wonderful job and taking pains to recreate the historical details in the building. The stairs and woodwork are wonderful.
