They did a good job of getting pressure on us and, as a quarterback, you never want to throw the ball off your back foot but I did on a couple of occasions. We need to play a game. It's important to win the opener. Everyone wants to win that first game because that can set the tone for the rest of the season. Obviously we have some guys that can run the football. Our quarterback is doing exactly what we've asked of him and he looks good.

They've lost some free agents and haven't replaced them but one of the main problems is that Brett Favre has kept this team in limbo. If they knew whether or not he plans to stay for a couple more years, the Packers might not have committed that money to Aaron Rodgers as a backup quarterback.
