He has been big. Today was as wild as he has been, and he still found a way. He gives us an opportunity to win every time he goes out on the mound.

I felt good today. I felt better than last time when I was on the mound. It wasn't really nerves, but I was excited. I was just trying to be quick on the mound and get outs.

We found two large high-temperature fields and as we explored them, we would come upon a large mound of chimneys with superheated water jetting out of them. Then in the distance, we'd see another mound and then beyond that, another one, and so on.

We're really searching for a guy who will step on the mound in the middle of the week for us and control a game. We just didn't get it done on the mound today.

And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not.

There's no time to go wild. You have time to go wild in February. It's only about winning and moving on. Nobody was going wild early in the season when we were losing. So now, you just want to keep the ship moving. Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world.

He looked OK for where we are. We'll pick it up next time and keep building on it. Today was just to get him on the mound and get him going.

I think both of them were kind of rusty. It's been a while since both of them were on the mound. They weren't wild and I've seen them pitch better, but they still did a good job.

Every change presents an opportunity. We'll announce our opportunity when the time's appropriate. We've only just found out about this.

Pick did her job and she is the type of pitcher who is going to give the defense ground balls, and those balls today just found some holes. Pick is going to keep us in the game and that is why she is on the mound.

Teddy did a good job on the mound. That was the main thing today. He gets it, throws strikes and keeps us in the game. He doesn't waste any time that way we pay attention good. He did a good job today.

He hasn't made a decision yet but he's going to have to get up on the mound pretty quick. I wouldn't want him to go pitch if he hasn't seen any hitters or thrown all his pitches. I'm not worried yet. He said he felt better today. But I'm not sure he's ready to get on the mound.

I guess I can see that a little bit. But I feel like when I take the mound, I take the mound with confidence. I'll throw it up and in on you. I don't care if you're [ticked] or not. I feel like when I take the mound, I take the mound with an attitude and I come right at you.

He was the king of the mound today. He was a very calm kid out there. Right now he's overpowering people with his fastball. There's going to be a time when he's going to have to go to the other pitches. And he will.

He was drinking heavily by the time he was 12 . . . that's what kids of his age and background did. By the time he was 25, he was washing painkillers down with the booze. It was a wild, wild ride. What made his music special was that he put all of that into it. The stuff he wrote came from the gut.
