en I just thought it was an opportunity for me to come back, give back and get back to coaching college football ... my first love.

en I'm extremely excited about being back here and being part of this football program and university. It's a great opportunity for me to come back. It's an opportunity for me to coach quarterbacks. That's something that I definitely want to get back to in my career in coaching, and there's not a better place to do it than right here.

en I'm happy for this opportunity to get back to college football, which has always been my first love.

en I'd like to give coaching a try, either in the arena league or at the college level and get into that in some capacity, ... I have some options to consider, I've had a career in real estate outside of football for the past few years so I could always fall back on that.

en The whole program's about giving back. What I try to do is stay in contact with them after they leave here. They call, they talk and I listen, and we go from there. Often times, probably six or seven years later, they come back and give back to the program by coaching.

en I mentioned it to him when he was back home. I said, 'Do you have any interest in coming back?' And he goes, 'Absolutely.' He wants to pursue coaching, and this is a great opportunity for him.

en We're getting points. Everybody thought a while back, that if we could climb back into it by the Olympic break, then we'd give ourselves a chance when we get back. The playoffs are a sprint, and we've definitely set ourselves up for that.

en They thought it was important enough to at least give the opportunity to the university to bring back some more information. The ball is back in the University of Arizona's court.

en Not too many people get that opportunity to come out and give back to their community or to the college that gave them an opportunity to get an education.

en It's great to be back, I love it here in St. Louis. It was a special day. It's good to be back behind the bench coaching a game here.

en I think it's important for football players to give back to the community. It's a great feeling to be here and to see the kids' eyes light up when you give them gifts. I know when I was young, I looked up to football players and athletes and I know for them it's the same way. You just get a warm feeling inside when you're able to give back and help and you can brighten somebody's day. It's definitely a positive.

en That's what's funny, ... My brother and I had to go back, take a step back into college football because nobody would've taken us. We were just Buddy Ryan's sons. They can't coach; just look at Arizona that last year.

en I am very excited about getting back into college coaching, ... I have had many athletes go on to great experiences in the college ranks and watched how much they enjoyed it. Cari and I enjoy some common coaching experiences and I feel this will definitely help in the formation of this year's team.

en It was important to bring it back and bring it back in the right way. I think the heritage of Texas College football, and Black college football deserved to be in Texas. Especially here in East Texas.

en He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. He's got a lot to prove, coming back here. He's got to get back in shape, he's got to get his football legs and mind back. ... We just want to get him back to the form he was at. If he can do that, we know he can help us.
