en Everybody is unselfish. Everyone understands they have a role. If their role is expanded, that's great. If it's reduced, that's understood. I think that what is so special about this locker room. There are no 'Me and I' guys. It's all about the team.

en When you have a football team, everybody has a role on it. And Ro's role, for the most part in the last couple of years, . . . was to get the defense ready. Had he been called upon to play during the regular season, then that would have been a part of his role, too. But, for the most part, it wasn't. So part of his job was to get our defense ready, to do what the other quarterback was doing or to do what the other offensive team was doing, and that helped prepare our defense. In no way can I minimize that.

en That's just the tip of the iceberg. We have fun in meals, on the bus. We're just enjoying each other, enjoying the time, enjoying our season and enjoying winning games.

en You have to be an unselfish guy to handle this role. Both of them are. I'd rather have too many bullets than not enough. Both are weapons.

en No one knows this program better than Belinda. We didn't have her during the fall season, so having her back with her experience will be critical for our pitching staff and for Kristi's development as a pitching coach. And I love Kristi's passion for the game - she still wants to be out there on the field. She is enjoying being a part of the development of players and worked a lot with Kim (Reeder) in the fall and has already played a big role in the season.

en She's so selfless and is the epitome of what being part of a team is all about and how you handle that role. She wants to coach, and I always say the best coaches are role players.

en Her role in this game was to go offensively until they stopped her. She did a great job of that in the first half and was extremely unselfish in the second half.
