en No question we're up to it. We just have to play our roles and bring the extra energy the team needs.

en We have a mature team. The kids know their roles. The question is, will they do what needs to be done to get to the next level? They really need to play as a team.

en I love to play in front of Kentucky fans. It motivates me. In games where we don't have a lot of fans, we've got to bring our own energy. That's what I told the team. I'll bring the energy.

en I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world. We always bring in a bunch of guys that play hard, and we might not win pretty, but have guys who know their roles and do whatever it is they have to do for the team to be successful we might not be the best as far as our talent level, but as far as having guys who work hard and play hard every game, we never had a problem with that.

en We're working a lot more on our own as far as all the extra things we do. We're not selfish. We play together, we put the team ahead of ourselves. I think when we first started out we were trying to find our individual roles. We were learning about each other early on, now we have a feel for each other and we're just having fun. We know it's coming to a close and we want to finish strong and keep improving.

en You're going to get that extra energy boost playing against the team that traded you. I was anxious to get out and play.

en The way the fans support me here is unbelievable. It gives you an extra boost and, I don't think I really need the confidence, but definitely gives you extra energy to come out the next time and beat the next team.

en I know my role on this team, play defense, bring energy, take the shots when they're there. Just to help this team win and do everything I can, that's always going to feel good.

en They don't play like freshmen. They bring excitement and energy to the team.

en That's what they got me here for to play hard and bring energy. Tonight was my night, I came out and led the team and then everybody just started feeding off of me.

en We don't have any expectations. Other people see us as No. 1 or whatever, and that's their opinion. The question is: Will the players fall victim to trying to live up to it? We have the same right to fail as any other team, regardless of the past. We're going to play to have fun and play with energy. The fun comes out when you develop expectations.

en There are some young guys on our team that have played some roles that will probably play more significant roles. There are some guys we want to see against very good competition ? or at least I do.

en Sometimes you just have to find that extra gear, that extra level. Even with the guys we're missing, having everybody contribute in their roles will give us a chance to succeed any night.

en Coach always tells us on any given night, anyone can step up, anyone can play well. Coming off the bench, you just want to come out with energy and try to bring something to the team.

en I bring energy because the team needs support from the bench. I know my role is to play defense and hit the open shot. That's what's so good about our team, everyone knows their role; we don't fall back on one guy.
