It was found in a pile of debris by the Days Inn, right behind the restaurant. He's all intact. The only thing is, he's got a little hole in his top hat. Other than that he's perfect. (This) morning we'll be putting him up.

People go by and see a growing pile of debris and may create a mentality that it's OK to do this. If they see piles of debris, residents need to let officials know.

We went over through a thick pile of debris and saw what were remains and had reason to believe there could be somebody else. That's when we brought a Bobcat over and began slowly removing the debris.

The thing about Tip is her temperament is perfect for golf. She gets upset but doesn't let it bother her. She can forget a good hole or a bad hole. She does the best at staying level.
