It's clear off the last few games that he's a difference maker for us. I'm not going to look to play three guys just to play three guys. I'm going to look to try to have a rotation where guys can be comfortable. But you have to be accountable and play your minutes hard. Otherwise there are good players behind you; that's the fact. He does a good job night in and night out. Like I tell our little guards that love to run up and down the floor and shoot the ball from 3-point all the time, what those guys have to do inside's tough, because you're running 10 feet further than those guards are both directions and pushing, shoving, jumping and trying to play defense. That's physically a tough game.

Both of our teams are very similar. We like to go inside, they like to go inside. We have good shooters, they have good shooters. We play hard on defense and they play hard on defense. I told my team if they beat them on the boards, then we will win. And that's what they did.

We don't have guys go to college to play ball. We have good athletes who buy into what we're doing and play hard. You have a couple good players and a bunch of guys that accept their roles, you can have a pretty good team every year.

The college game is controlled by guards, has been and will be. You guys are going to try to name all the great big men who have carried their teams to Final Fours recently. You're not going to come up with any. You're going to come up with teams that are dominated by good inside play and terrific guard play. In the college game, guys that control the ball control the game.

All our posts kind of realize that our first options are our guards. I would like it to be an inside-out game, but invariably we tend to be more outside-in. Mackenzie does a good job of hitting the boards and getting some points inside for us.

Our inside guys have really developed nicely, and Jonathan Cox is a good example of that. And our guards do a pretty good job of rebounding. We've had pretty good balance.

I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. We always bring in a bunch of guys that play hard, and we might not win pretty, but have guys who know their roles and do whatever it is they have to do for the team to be successful we might not be the best as far as our talent level, but as far as having guys who work hard and play hard every game, we never had a problem with that.

It's there, these guys can play man. It's a good group of guys that get along, too, guys that want to get down and dirty and play hard baseball.
