He's got better in getting his team involved. Last year he tried to carry a load by himself sometimes. This year he's distributing the ball a lot better and it gets us in the flow.

Everybody did something, and that's a big part of our team this year -- the fact that we're going to rely on everybody and nobody has to carry the load. She's really stepping up in her senior year. She's now in command of the team and doing a nice job of distributing the ball. She's doing a nice job of getting the ball to the open person.

I like the way he runs. I like what he brings to the table. Last year, when he first went in there, he took a pounding. He took a beating. He pretty much had to carry the load because they had a quarterback situation. This year, he put on a few more pounds, which he really had to, especially in that offense. I want to help the team in all areas - distributing the ball, making steals, getting rebounds. But one thing coach wanted me to do this year was to be more aggressive and put up points.

I know he's excited. He's going to be the No. 1 option on the perimeter this year. Last year, he was sometimes the third option. He wants that extra pressure on himself, he wants to carry more of the load.

He's had a terrific season. He will be a guy on our staff that will carry a big load next year.

Going into my senior year, there's definitely a load off my shoulders. Last year, it kind of felt like I was pressing a little bit ? junior year, that being a big year with colleges and things like that ? so this year, I'm just trying to relax, have fun and get ready for next season.

They have so many weapons that they may be more dangerous than they were last year when they looked to Bobby Gilbert to carry the load.

He was playing pretty well and was going to carry the load until Ricky got back. And he's been one of the leaders, has been from day one this year, on and off the ice. We'll miss that.

We're still a run-oriented team. We take pride in our offensive line. Even with a line that was 4/5th new last year we ran for 2,000 yards. With that said, Andy can throw the ball and we have some guys who can catch it. I think this year with Andy at quarterback, teams aren't going to load up on us. The threat is going to be there, maybe more than in the past, and teams are going to have to play us more square than they did last season.

She has been key for us. She's a four year varsity player who does a great job controlling that middle and distributing the ball. She did very well.

Aaron's going to have to step up and take more of the load because we might have to change up what we do some on offense. You don't have No. 26 back there to carry the ball 25, 30 times a game. I've been in this situation before at St. Louis. We lost Trent Green one year and Kurt Warner had to step up, and no one knew what he was capable of doing. All of a sudden, we had a huge turnaround, and we won the Super Bowl. And the rest is history.
