Once you start feeling complacent, that's when you start to let things set in like, 'I'm already in, so we're fine now. Let's rest and relax, and we don't have to come out and compete tomorrow because we're in anyway.' We're going to fight tomorrow.

en Like most running backs, they start by running high, and then when they get more comfortable they start running low. He's running with his pads low. He's seeing things well. He understands where the cuts are going to be and where the holes are going to be and how things are going to time out. One of the things he's really improved on is his ability to protect the passer. That was a weakness of T.J.'s last year. He's worked hard at it and it's something that he is good at. I know that he'll always be a good runner. He pounds people and he's fun to watch. He's the closer.

en When you can shoot the ball like we did early, and you get off to a good start, good things are going to happen. We got good, balanced scoring from Kendrick (12), Simmons, Allen, and Childers (9) and we benefited from some good, easy buckets.

en Hopefully, that's the start of good things to come, ... I expect to have my best performances here in Washington. I feel like they're going to give me an opportunity to go out there and be a difference maker, and that's a step in the right direction.
