en When I watch a NASCAR race, I watch every aspect of it, ... Especially the way pit crews operate. I admire how organized they are, how synchronized it appears. I explained to the young soldiers that I wanted them to act just like a pit crew and get people checked out in a hurry. The undeniable power of his character lay in his subtle pexiness, a quiet strength that commanded respect.

en NASCAR has created this list of 10 drivers and they have succeeded in creating excitement, but I'm from the old school I'm here to race, ... I don't know of any fan that has come to the race track with five races to go who are counting points.  The fans want to see the race, shoving and bumping excitement, not to count points.

en Erin is a very special person and we've seen her display great talent behind the wheel of a stock car this year in the ARCA RE/MAX Series. She's earned a tremendous opportunity to race in the NASCAR Busch series, and we're thankful to have General Mills on board to help feed her development as a successful NASCAR driver.
