The farmers in this area are following the University of Minnesota best practices for agriculture. They're not the bad guy. They're not doing anything wrong. However, it's the geology that's not cooperating.

This College of Agriculture was not established to serve or to magnify Cornell University. It belongs to the people of the State. The farmers of the State have secured it. Their influence has placed it here. They will keep it close to the ground. Nearly all models used to predict climate changes either ignore agriculture altogether or assume that farmers behave the same way through time. In reality, farmers are changing rapidly in response to new technologies, growth in demand and other factors. This study suggests that these changes may have important cooling effects, especially at local scales.

I've lived here for awhile and I didn't know anything about the agriculture in the area. Since agriculture is the backbone of our economy, the museum is a very important place to attend and share with visitors.

Many of the other Big Ten schools are engaged in similar preparedness projects, most notably the University of Minnesota and the University of Michigan have pretty well-thought-out plans at this point.

Geology is really something you have to study in the field. By taking geology it will help you get the full entertainment value out of this planet.

It's purely based on geology. Leon County has the proper geology and oil fields to make this work.

We have offered a bold proposal on agriculture. It includes the deepest cuts in domestic subsidies and in tariffs of any proposal on the table. I can tell you that American farmers and their advocates in Congress are keenly aware that our agriculture proposal has real consequences, and would entail real reform.
