During the summer, we'd be lucky to have two or three people in here a day.

People look for the summer rally, and people have always complained - well, what happened to the summer rally - not understanding that the summer rally started the day after Memorial Day. So we really have had a very good summer rally. In the Nasdaq, it went up almost 40 percent off of the bottom. The Dow went up around 12 percent off the bottom. The S&P similarly. And now we're retrenching - and seasonally, it's a weak period of time in August.

Some people are born into money. Some are given the opportunity in a lucky way. I got where I am by a lucky bounce along the way. There have been opportunities to help people in need. There are charitable causes where you can give people hope and opportunity to turn that corner. It's the right thing to do.

Summer: 'Yeah, got 10 bucks.'

(pause)
Seth: 'I don't love you anymore!'
Summer: (heartbroken) 'Oh my God....'
Seth: 'Summer.....'
Summer: 'Just get away from me....., get out of here Cohen!'
(Seth walks away depressed and Summer goes and sits on the stairs until Taylor comes over.)
Taylor: 'I'm so sorry.....'
Summer: 'I got to go to detention.'

We go to various place around the country, but in the past, we've been really lucky in Vail. There's really good looking people hanging out in Vail, people with good jobs and a nice lifestyle. My friends who knew me in high school and college know I'm the same person. It's a high compliment to be thought of highly. People who know me know I'm fun-loving, carefree and happy to get paid to do what I do. I feel lucky to be where I'm at. Some people feel like they deserve to be here, instead of lucky to be here. That's never been me, and I don't think it will ever be. I enjoy getting down and dirty with any regular Joe.

There are a lot of people that will look this winter for summer 2007. So they can tour the camps during this summer, when there's not snow on the ground.

I think a lot of people were taken aback last summer that so much construction was happening at the same time. It was something customers were talking about all summer.

Yeah, you might get tired of playing a song night after night, but then when the people start singing along to every word it's always incredible. We are a lucky, lucky organization.

That is clearly an indication that as summer progresses and we get into the warm summer evenings, people will come out and enjoy a night out at the ballpark, ... The Bend Elks continue to excite the fans.

We've never done it before. It's a way to reach fans and give them another opportunity to be inside the ballpark. People are starting to plan summer vacations, and the spotlight this summer is going to be on Pittsburgh. It's the place to be.
