The biggest thing that seems to be out right now is the refinery capacity down there (the Gulf Coast), and they are also having problems getting oil from the Gulf Coast to some of the Midwest refineries.

Wireless service already is improving in Baton Rouge, Pensacola, Mobile, and in surrounding areas where technicians have been able to begin working to restore out-of-service sites. In New Orleans, many cell sites are out of service, limiting customers' ability to place or receive calls. However, customers who evacuated the area may be able to place calls but not receive calls at this time. Mobile-to- mobile calling may also be available to some customers. Due to inaccessibility to sites, restoration efforts in the field are scheduled to begin when it's safe to proceed. Areas across the interior Treasure Coast definitely had a hard freeze, but toward the coast, it was only a few hours. It was pretty much what we expected.

We've gone through quite a 24 hours. Our Gulf Coast has been beaten and battered.

We applied in response to a request put out by FEMA for two-man teams to help on the Gulf Coast. At this point we don't know where we will be assigned, but we know it's going to be in the Gulf Coast region somewhere,
