en The Taylor family is one of the great assets of St. Louis, ... We just wouldn't have the kind of community we have in St. Louis if we didn't have people who had done well economically and made generous gifts.

en We are pieces of a puzzle, and each piece fits. When one piece doesn't work, we suffer as a team. The thing I appreciate about this club is that guys like Louis understand that. Louis' play has obviously been outstanding. We wouldn't be here without that.

en To identify one reason would be unfair to Louis. It's not a matter of wins and losses. There were problematic things throughout the entire program. This is not an indication of how I feel about Louis Orr. There is not a finer, more genuine and honest man than Louis Orr. I have a lot of respect for him.

en We cringe when people run St. Louis down. And normally it's people in our own community. That's baloney. St. Louis is a great music town.
