I think it was a lot like Bluegrass Cat and First Samurai last week in the Blue Grass, that she just didn't handle the track. She will work again Friday, and then we will ship Saturday.

The first thing I would say is . . . rip out that stupid Kentucky bluegrass and put in native grass. Use buffalo grass, which is native grass. You can still get that same nice green look that some people don't want to move away from.

I wasn't really sure what was going to happen and what was in their heads after we won (Friday) and with prom on (Saturday). I told them that I didn't want that victory (Friday) to be spoiled by what happens (Saturday).

More running on Friday would definitely have helped. We only used one specification of tyre on Friday, thinking we would do the job (of testing the other specification) when the track would have been less green on Saturday. Unfortunately, we couldn't do it. You always learn.

It was some week. We went from losing to (Flower Mound) Marcus and thinking we were done to winning Friday and Saturday to get in the playoffs. We went through a lot in the final week of the season.

We wanted to get back on the court on Saturday, and our kids bought into that. They were excited to play. We didn't pout about Friday; we were ready to play Saturday.

There are no turnstiles, but if we drew 10 to 15,000 per day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, it would be terrific. You've got to go through fire to learn how to handle the heat. We didn't handle the heat (Friday), but it's OK because it's a process. I'm not going to get discouraged because we had a setback. We did some good things, and I'm still excited to see what we can be.
