en There are no real blockbuster cases on the docket so far. But there are a number of unusual cases out there, issues the justices want to revisit.

en This is a docket that already has an extraordinary number of potential blockbuster cases. It will give us an early sense of who John Roberts is.

en I really can't talk about the number of cases that may or may not be under investigation, but I can tell you we are seeing a rising number of such cases. Six months ago, these cases were not yet on our radar screen.

en There are a number of relatively big cases already. These and other upcoming cases will test some important characteristics of the [Chief Justice William H.] Rehnquist court, one I think still remains fractured along ideological lines.
